These Terms and Conditions explain the general terms that apply when using the Do More Cleaning Pros website, requesting an estimate, scheduling cleaning services, or doing business with us.

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Welcome to Do More Cleaning Pros. These Terms and Conditions apply to our website, communications, estimates, bookings, and cleaning services unless different terms are specifically stated in a written estimate, service agreement, invoice, or other agreement between you and Do More Cleaning Pros.

Please review these terms before requesting or receiving services from us.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, approving work, or otherwise using services provided by Do More Cleaning Pros, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as applicable to your interaction with us.

If a separate written estimate, proposal, service agreement, or contract contains terms that differ from this page, the terms of that specific agreement will control with respect to that particular service.

02

Cleaning Services

Do More Cleaning Pros provides professional cleaning services that may include:

  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Premier Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Janitorial Services
  • Floor Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Other customized commercial cleaning services

The specific scope of service will depend on the service selected, property condition, customer request, accessibility, and any written estimate or service agreement provided for the job.

03

Estimates & Pricing

Pricing may be based on the type of cleaning, property size, property condition, number of rooms or areas, level of buildup, requested services, expected labor, service frequency, accessibility, and other factors relevant to the job.

Estimates are based on the information available to us at the time the estimate is prepared.

If the actual condition of the property or requested scope is substantially different from the information originally provided, additional work, time, or charges may be discussed before proceeding.

Additional services requested after an estimate has been prepared may result in additional charges.

04

Scheduling & Property Access

Cleaning appointments are subject to availability. A requested date or time is not guaranteed until the appointment has been accepted or confirmed by Do More Cleaning Pros.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Access may be arranged through an authorized person, key, access code, building representative, or another method agreed upon before service.

Delays or inability to access the property may affect the amount of work that can be completed during the scheduled appointment.

05

Client Responsibilities

To help us provide efficient and safe cleaning services, clients should:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and requested cleaning service.
  • Inform us of areas requiring special attention.
  • Disclose known safety hazards before service begins.
  • Provide reasonable access to areas included in the service.
  • Secure confidential documents, valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, and fragile personal items.
  • Inform us about alarms, security procedures, restricted areas, or building access requirements.
  • Keep pets appropriately secured when necessary for the safety of the property, workers, and animals.
06

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that schedules sometimes change. Clients should contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, booking, or late-notice policy applicable to a specific service will be communicated during booking or stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Do More Cleaning Pros may also need to reschedule a service because of severe weather, unsafe working conditions, staffing emergencies, building access problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

07

Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service, commercial agreement, recurring arrangement, or project.

Applicable pricing, deposits, balances, payment schedules, or payment instructions may be provided through an estimate, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or separate service agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing and payment terms before approving service.

Any questions regarding an invoice or charge should be directed to Do More Cleaning Pros promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

08

Service Quality & Concerns

Our goal is to provide dependable, professional cleaning and build long-term relationships with the clients we serve.

If you believe an agreed cleaning task was missed or there is another concern regarding your service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details about the issue.

We will review legitimate service concerns and determine an appropriate response based on the circumstances, the agreed scope of work, and the condition of the property.

A particular outcome cannot always be guaranteed, especially when dealing with permanent staining, damaged materials, deterioration, excessive buildup, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through cleaning.

09

Property, Valuables & Damage

Clients should identify fragile, damaged, unstable, unusually valuable, or sensitive items before cleaning begins.

Items of significant monetary or sentimental value should be secured before service whenever possible.

Do More Cleaning Pros should be informed promptly if a client believes property was damaged during cleaning so that the circumstances can be reviewed.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, loose or improperly installed fixtures, unstable items, defective materials, or conditions that existed before our service.

10

Cleaning Limitations

Cleaning can significantly improve the appearance and condition of many surfaces, but certain stains, discoloration, deterioration, mineral buildup, mold-related staining, adhesive, paint, corrosion, scratches, or permanent damage may not be removable through ordinary cleaning.

We may decline to clean a surface or area when doing so could reasonably damage the material or create an unsafe condition.

Certain specialty cleaning, hazardous-material removal, pest remediation, restoration, biohazard cleanup, or other specialized work may fall outside the scope of our standard services unless specifically agreed upon.

11

Safe Working Conditions

The safety of our clients, cleaning personnel, and the properties we serve is important to us.

We reserve the right to stop, postpone, modify, or decline work when conditions reasonably appear unsafe.

Examples may include unsecured aggressive animals, exposed electrical hazards, structural hazards, dangerous substances, active construction hazards, threatening behavior, or other conditions that could reasonably present a risk of injury or property damage.

12

Recurring Commercial & Janitorial Service

Recurring cleaning arrangements may have a customized schedule, scope of work, pricing structure, access procedure, and service frequency.

Details for recurring commercial or janitorial service may be documented separately in a proposal, cleaning plan, service agreement, or other written communication.

Changes to property conditions, service frequency, areas being cleaned, or requested duties may require an updated service plan or pricing review.

13

Communications

When you provide your email address or telephone number in connection with an inquiry or service request, we may use that information to communicate with you regarding estimates, appointments, scheduling, invoices, service updates, and customer support.

Please make sure the contact information you provide is accurate and current.
